"We appreciate you letting us rent your house so much. We loved it, everything from the impressive DVD jukebox to the observation deck. It was so well equipped, because we were expecting a house with purely the basics and were pleasantly surprised when we saw how much the house had to offer, which made our vacation as relaxing as it could have possibly been.

Your house is beautiful, and so much fun in so many ways. The couches on the top level were a popular spot during our week, because they were so comfortable. The porch swings were also a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather, along with walking to the beach every day since the house was so close. I know that the website had pictures and listed all of the features of the house, but it really couldn't convey the coziness that the house actually had.

...our group has already expressed interest in renting the house again next year and possibly turning it into an annual trip (maybe we'll even come in winter, the picture of the house in the snow looked amazing!).

Again, this email can't really express the gratitude that we feel for you letting us use your house. It was great, in all ways, and we were sad to leave it. Thank you so much for everything, all the help you've given in the past several months when we've had questions; you have always been willing to answer even the most trivial points we brought up in the most cordial manner, and you've made this process so much easier than it would have been otherwise.

The kitchen has absolutely everything a cook could ask for. We've rented a different place every year but your house is the nicest so far. Hoping your family has a great summer. "My husband, my parents, and my in-laws just stayed at your house last week and we had such a wonderful time. The house was just gorgeous and everyone raved about the terrific job you have done with every last detail. We were able to bring our dogs, which meant a lot to us, and they enjoyed the vacation as well. My intentions for this vacation were to relax without thinking about work or our own house (we just bought our first house), and it was a success. The is the first vacation in a long time that I did not want to end. We will be back in future to rent again. We enjoyed everything about the house, the kitchen, the toys (TV's, pool, porch swings)! "We're just back from two weeks at A Pirate's Paradise and have the highest praise for you and Seaside Realty. What a beautiful home you have. It was just like we never left our home at all. Corolla and the Northern Beaches are surely among the most beautiful areas on the Outer Banks. The house was immaculate and Seaside Realty staff were most helpful. We took an AWD tour to see the horses and I've attached a picture of a (note: she's also pregnant, a bit of good news)."

"...we had post vacation blues. My family and I stayed at your house ... -- We absolutely loved it. We have been visiting the Outer Banks for 6+ years and every year we picked a new house - just for the fun of it -- This year it was unanimous - everyone wants to return to Pirate''s Paradise. The house was spotless when we arrived. Coldwell Banker Realty was friendly and helpful. We loved the selection of movies and DVD''s. The pool was great - even the pool cleaning service lady was nice. We plan all year for this vacation - even our 2 yellow labs look forward to it - they love the "lake" and ocean. Thank you so much for allowing us to bring them along on our vacation - it wouldn''t be the same without them. My mother-in-law especially raved about how well the kitchen was stocked. I can''t say enough how much we enjoyed your home. Thanks for sharing it with us. We plan to visit again next year. Thank you again."

"My family of five (including me!) and our friends (a family of four) just returned from your VERY BEAUTIFUL house in Ocean Sands. You've thought of everything. We couldn't think of a thing that you didn't have in the house. Having stayed in other houses, there were lots of little things we appreciated: that all of the light switches were labeled, that directions for using the TV, etc were easy to find, and that the hot tub was warm and wonderful! Thank you so much for the sand bucket of goodies -- that was very nice. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!"
